BONNIE FOOTE - HEAD COACH:
Bonnie Foote returns to Mount Si High School for her 12th season as head volleyball coach. She brings 19 years of coaching experience. In the past 11 seasons she has built and established a state contending program with a winning Tradition.

Along with coaching HS volleyball, Bonnie is currently the Club Director for Ridge Valley VBC. Her club volleyball coaching experience is highlighted with several Puget Sound Region Championships, a Sweet Sixteen finish at the Davis Volleyball Festival and 3 trips to the Open Junior Olympic Volleyball Tournament with 2007 with a 11th place finish in the country. Bonnie has coached several collegiate athletes in her tenure as a coach, along with others who have gone on to play professional and at the national level.

Not only does Bonnie have coaching experience but she has collegiate playing experience in basketball and volleyball. She is a 1993 graduate from Western Washington University with a degree in Exercise/Sport Psychology. In 1995 she earned her Master’s in Teaching. Bonnie is entering her 17th year of teaching this fall.

DAVE BACHMAN
JV HEAD COACH:

Coach Dave Bachman is in his sixth year as the JV coach and Assistant Varsity coach at Mount Si High School. During Bachman's tenure the JV Team has posted a record of 67-wins and 51-losses and the Varsity Team has made it to State in 2007 (8th), 2008 (9th), and 2009 (6th).
 
Bachman has also coached teams with the KJ Volleyball Club for Ten-years, as both head coach and assistant coach. His teams have gone to the USA Volleyball Junior National Tournament four times, finishing as high as fifth place in the 17-Open Division in 2008. Bachman began coaching volleyball in 1996, coaching his daughter Natalie when she was in the seventh-grade. Bachman is a USAV CAP Level I and IMPACT certified coach and has attended the GMS Coaching Clinic numerous times. He has coached volleyball summer camps at Mount Si HS, Kentwood HS, and Jim McLaughlin Volleyball Camps at UW.
 
A graduate of the University of Washington and Bethel High School, Bachman lives in Kent with his daughter Natalie and son Brian. He works for Bay Valve Service in Tukwila.

DEAN PRATT
C-TEAM COACH:

Dean's volleyball coaching experience began at KJ Volleyball Club in 2005 when he was asked by Head Coach Mike Johnson to stat practices and games. After that it was full speed ahead. Dean also coaches girls' and boys' basketball at Chief Kanim Middle School.

Dean graduated from Ellensburg High School where he focused on basketball. His career for the Bulldogs ended with an all league first team selection, two trips to the state tournament and a scholarship to Central Washington University.

"Volleyball has been a great addition to my life. I love the competition and momentum swings that the game offers, along with the high character and outstanding people I have been lucky enough to learn from."
