The 6-1
McDonald
hails from
Snoqualmie,
Wash., more
than 2,800
miles away
from
Charlotte
and will
become the
player
furthest
from home
when she
arrives in
August.

BREAKING NEWS: Valley college volleyball player transferring
We have breaking news for you concerning a Valley college volleyball star.
Fall City product Zoe Gogan, who graduated from Mount Si High School last year and played sparingly last fall at Washington State as a freshman, has transferred. Montana State University this afternoon announced that Gogan will be joining their program this fall, and will be eligible to compete for the Bobcats at that time. MSU, located in Bozeman, is a member of the Big Sky Conference of NCAA Division I.

Washington
State
outside
hitter
Zoe
Gogan.
Gogan
will be
eligible
to play
for the
Bobcats
this
fall.
“We are
really
excited to
add Zoe to
the roster
for 2012,”
Weindel
said. “She
is the type
of player
that can
affect the
outcome of a
match and
game plans
of opponents
based on her
size,
athleticism,
and ability
to score
points. We
are
expecting
Zoe to have
an immediate
impact both
in practice

Oregon
Institute

Technology
at
Klamath
Falls.
Galloway,
a 6-1
middle
blocker,
helped
lead the
Wildcats
to a
sixth
place
finish
at the
3A
Washington
State
Championship
last
fall,
and to a
third
place
showing
at the
SeaKing
Districts.
She
earned
second-team
all-conference
honors
in her
senior
season.
